I have FINALLY BEEN ABLE TO DO THE ENTIRE LEVEL 1 WORKOUT!
The second round of jumping jacks and jump rope are still the hardest part, but I can DO THEM. Pushups have actually gotten a lot more manageable, and I can actually (sometimes) kick my butt on the butt-kicks.
Overall, I’m really, really proud of myself for coming this far and accomplishing this much. I doubt anyone will be able to notice any change, but I can.
In eight days, I’ve seen a difference in my measurements, an increase in my energy and metabolism, few to NO headaches, and a huge improvement on my endurance.
And not to mention, a boost in my mood! :D

And we’re officially halfway done with Level 1!
I can officially do everything, save for that second round of jump rope.
But everything else is great! I think if I push myself tomorrow, I will be able to do it all, and by day 10 I may make it to the advanced version!
